Calling all Send Out Cards Business Owners,
This article on Send Out Cards will show you how you can implement some result producing activities into your business that will make you that much more efficient in building your business.
These insights are from a third party perspective from someone who is NOT involved with Send Out Cards.
You see, there are only a few distinct things you must do every day to grow your Send Out Cards business – PERIOD!
It is my hope that after reading this article, you will be able to master the following 3 things:
First: Your Priorities. These are your top 5-10 priorities for the day.
Two: Determine who you need to reach out to and who you’re waiting on to continue with your daily priorities.
Third: Your Projects. By this, I mean the BIG picture of your projects.
Suggestion: Take the time to read this entire short article and at the end of it, grab your free ‘Industry Acclaimed’ Send Out Cards training in the resource box while it is still available.
Okay, let’s address #1: Your Priorities:
This is where you figure out all the things that you absolutely HAVE to finish today, no excuses, before all other activities.
These have to be written down and handled in a specific order. Your day is designed and scheduled around these Priorities.
As long as you’re consistent, doing this on a regular basis will help your productivity tremendously.
As long as you’re doing the most important, result producing activities first each day, you’ll be completely blown away by how much your business will benefit an grow.
IMPORTANT TIP: Never make checking your email the first thing you do at the start of each day!
Email is full of other people’s demands on you – which translates to a huge distraction from your priorities. Try to keep the email to a minimum and don’t respond to other people’s demands until you’ve responded to your own.
This is actually very easy to do – just check your email two, maybe three times a day TOTAL: mid-morning, late afternoon, and evening.
#2: The People you are depending on, waiting on, and that you have or are reaching out to. In Send Out Cards, this is your team members, your sponsor, etc.
For this, you can use your email – to reach out to those people!
This could also be people you have outsourced some tasks you have to get done. Maybe you have outsourced having a blog built for you, or building a web page, etc. (Online technical detail stuff.)
In order to complete your prioritized list, you will most likely need to reach out to SOMEONE…this is it.
Keep in mind this is your business, and you can’t be wasting time – so you may need to be aggressive when contacting some of these people to get what you need.
Finally, the third thing: Time to manage your BIG projects – your long term projects.
So – you need to write down your Send Out Cards projects, then make an outline of what you need to do for them, in order of importance.
Now, these don’t need to be done today, but you need to start outlining them and putting them into motion of how you want to design them, build them, etc.
Some examples of these could be designing a marketing campaign, re-designing your sales funnel, or making Power Point videos, etc.
You will most likely have 5 or more things you can do each day for each project.
Phew! This was some deep information we just went over! BUT, the best part is that this is just the tip of the iceberg. This information alone will take your Send Out Cards business to the top.
