The Crow: Eric Draven and his girlfriend were brutally murdered. One year later a crow brings Eric back to the land of the living. Now able to act, and with the help of his new friend the crow, he sets out to avenge the death of his fiance.

For Love Alone: Pleasantly filmed romantic tirade, set in the 1930s, with Australian university scholar Buday falling in love with her professor Knitting; even albeit he treats her badly, she follows him to England. Neill does well as a completely variant gentleman who enters her life. Movie is based on the novel by Christina Stead. Cast includes Helen Buday, Sam Neill, Hugo Knitting, Hugh Keays-Byme, and Naonti Watts. (102 minutes, 1986)

Jacob the Liar: This is a joke story of Jew Brodsky, whose inaccurate stories to associate ghetto dwellers give some hope contrary to their Nazi captors. Cast includes Vlastimil Brodsky, Erwin Geschonneck, Manuela Simon, Henry Hubchen, Blanche Kommerell, and Armin Mueller-Stahl. (95 minutes, 1974)

For Richer or Poorer: Very wealthy New Yorkers Allen and Alley, whose matrimony is on the stones, are made to take it on the lam while they’re implicated of tax fraud and hide out on an Amish farm, where they make believe to be blood brothers of farmer Sanders. Ruined and lethargic, they’re made to do tough, truthful work, and essentially materialize to like it. Cast includes Tim Allen, Kirstie Alley, Jay O.
